Parramatta have become one of the most entertaining and unpredictable teams to start 2026. All four of their matches have produced 50+ total points, driven by a potent attack but undermined by defensive frailties.

Those defensive issues are becoming increasingly clear, particularly on the edges. The Eels have conceded heavily to centres and second-rowers, a trend that lines up perfectly for a Tigers side with strike weapons in those positions.
