The handicap markets stand out this week, especially around Geelong, Adelaide, Carlton and North Melbourne, while there is also head-to-head value in games where the market looks closer than the ladder positions suggest.
Here are the best AFL Round 15 tips, predictions and betting plays.
Fremantle Dockers vs Geelong Cats
The OnlyBets referral code is MAXBET. 18+. T&Cs apply.
Fremantle are flying and deserve to be favourites at Optus Stadium, but this still looks like too many points to give Geelong.
The Dockers are on a long winning run and have been scoring freely, averaging more than 110 points across their last five games. The Cats have had a strong recent record in this matchup and have shown enough scoring power of their own to keep this within two goals.
Geelong +12.5 is the cleaner betting angle. The Over 174.5 is also in play if the game opens up, but with the Cats getting a decent start, taking the points looks the safer way in.
Gold Coast Suns vs Hawthorn Hawks
18+ only. T&Cs apply
Gold Coast have hit a rough patch, but this looks like a good bounce-back spot at home against Hawthorn.
The Suns have been much stronger at People First Stadium and have won their past five home matches against Hawthorn. That home-ground edge matters here, especially in a matchup that should be decided by midfield territory and efficiency inside 50.
Ben King is also worth keeping on side in the goal markets, while Noah Anderson is the obvious disposal player to watch. For the main bet, Gold Coast head-to-head looks the best play.
Adelaide Crows vs Melbourne Demons
18+. T&Cs apply
Adelaide look well placed to cover at home against a Melbourne side that continues to struggle away from the MCG.
The Crows have won seven of their last nine and bring serious scoring power into this matchup after blowing the Western Bulldogs away early last week. Their home form is strong, and their defensive profile gives them a nice base if Melbourne cannot keep pace.
Melbourne have been poor on the road this season and are still searching for an away win, which makes Adelaide -16.5 the standout. Jordan Dawson 2+ goals and Kysaiah Pickett 2+ goals are also in the mix for anyone chasing player prop value.
GWS Giants vs Carlton Blues

GWS are dangerous at ENGIE Stadium, but Carlton getting more than two goals looks the value side of this matchup.
The Blues have tightened up defensively and come into this with enough momentum to make life uncomfortable for the Giants. Their recent games have also been trending lower, with their last five producing an average total in the 150s, so the +14.5 start becomes even more appealing if this turns into a grind.
The Under 186.5 is another betting angle, but Carlton +14.5 looks the better primary play. Patrick Cripps is also one to consider in the goals market given his recent scoreboard impact.
Collingwood Magpies vs Port Adelaide Power
The Neds.com.au code is BESTBETS. 18+ only. T&Cs apply. WHAT'S GAMBLING REALLY COSTING YOU? Set a deposit limit.
Port Adelaide are the riskier play of the round, but the price looks worth taking against an undermanned Collingwood side.
The Magpies have had major injury issues down back and have struggled to close out tight games recently. Port's ladder position does not fully reflect how competitive they have been, with five of their losses coming by three points or fewer.
This sets up as a low-scoring grind, so the Under 163.5 also appeals. For the main tip, Port Adelaide head-to-head is the value bet, while Jason Horne-Francis 2+ goals is the player prop to consider.
Richmond Tigers vs North Melbourne Kangaroos
The dabble.com.au referral code is BETSAU. 18+. T&Cs apply.
North Melbourne look well placed to win this comfortably against a Richmond side that continues to leak points.
The Roos have already put a big number on the Tigers this season and should again find scoring chances if their midfield gets on top. Richmond have struggled badly defensively, conceding more than 100 points per game across their last five, while North have enough attacking weapons to build scoreboard pressure early.
North Melbourne -17.5 is the main play. The Roos team total over 96.5 also makes sense, while Jack Darling 3+ goals is the aggressive player prop for those wanting a bigger price.
St Kilda Saints vs Western Bulldogs
The teambet.com.au code is BETS. 18+ only. T&Cs apply. Chances are you’re about to lose.
The Western Bulldogs were poor last week, but this looks like the right matchup for them to respond.
The Dogs have dominated St Kilda in recent meetings and their tall forward setup has caused the Saints major problems. The Bulldogs have won the last three clashes by big margins, and while St Kilda were excellent against GWS, the Dogs still look the better side if they can get the game played at their preferred tempo.
Western Bulldogs head-to-head is the best bet, with Over 184.5 also worth a look if both sides get clean forward-half opportunities. Aaron Naughton 3+ goals is the standout player prop after a strong recent record against the Saints.
